“Letting Go: Zen Stoic Secrets to Inner Peace”
“The end of anything, is also simultaneously the beginning of something better…every single time…let go”
“The biggest price you pay for change, growth, manifestations, serenity, equilibrium, peace and true happiness? And so much more? Is to let go and make space for it”
“Chronos time - Human timing”
“Kairos Timing - universe/God’s timing”
“Be good, move from peace, become actively patient and witness true magic unfold in your life”
“To truly fully perceive a better present and better future? You must change what you are capable of experiencing, by letting go”
“You “must” let go of the old to make way for the new”
“You “must” let go of the bad, to see, experience & welcome the good”
“You will not, you can not hold both positions simultaneously, one has to go… the universe does not permit paradox or imbalance, in any form, there are no exceptions to this rule within the cosmos”
“In the human societies we built and all agreed to, it is almost impossible to not be anxious about something or someone, from the moment you open your eyes in the morning, however it is this same anxiety that holds you back from achieving all you want through fear… you must actively and consciously interrupt this pattern, daily to induce change in any part of your physical, energetic and internal life”
“Success is objective, yes, however, every successful person on earth right now or has ever lived, every catalogued main character of any religion on earth? went through a sustained period of isolation and solitude… Thats not coincidence.. that is design and the blue print for success in every objective form”
“If/when you stand still long enough and only move from patient, peaceful, clarity for long enough? All the solutions you seek? find you, as the chaos of your obsolete self & life, re-organises itself right in front of your eyes…”
1, The Hidden/Unfathomable Guilt
“I want you to imagine for a minute you live 14 miles away from the Crown Jewels in the Tower of London - you are at home, doing what humans typically do at home to relax, you haven’t left home at all since you woke up, you know this to a mathematical certainty and it’s an established, documented, evidenced fact, thanks to the tracking device in your phone”
“Now I want you to imagine the Crown Jewels have just been stolen, whilst you have been at home, in an audaciously creative heist, and 2 hours after this heist? Your front door is forced open by the police, with many men and women with faces obscured, waving guns at you and barking instructions for you to get on the floor, hands in the air”
“You are taken in for questioning, for the theft of the Crown Jewels, a crime you had absolutely nothing to do with..”
“Let’s now imagine, within 2 hours of intense questioning, you develop deep personal guilt for perpetrating this audacious heist, a crime that had absolutely nothing to do with you, as you were 14 miles away at home relaxing”
“Sounds utterly ridiculous, highly unfathomable, preposterous and unthinkable, right? Wrong…”
“Since the moment you could speak, hear, understand, read, write your mother tongue? You have been carrying and amassing guilt for events in your life and around you, where you did nothing wrong, the issue wasn’t your fault, in fact in most of these cases you still carry this guilt for? You did nothing wrong, did not know the full facts and still don’t as you read this and you were not party to the original conversations and events..”
“Yet the vast majority of humans on earth, carry tonnes and tonnes of psychological guilt that has absolutely nothing to do with them..”
“Please undo both shoulder straps, for all your guilt, set down the huge psychological bag you’ve been carrying all your life, and simply walk away from it.. one step and one day at a time”
“The above insight re affirms the importance of letting go, of things, people, experiences, because guilt? Is very heavy…let it all go and become lighter”
“In a simple 5 minutes conversation? I deduce I could point out with crystal clarity to you the reader at least 5 physical traits, thoughts, reactions you exude daily, solely and widely based on “Guilt” that had absolutely nothing to do with you, yet you carry them daily and it’s affected you for years - and it’s just as utterly ridiculous, unfathomable and unthinkable as the analogy above, you wouldn’t feel guilty for a crime you didn’t commit, so why would you feel and carry guilt for events that you had zero part in, for years, years and years? - let it go”
2, When a storm is coming? Like many living things heavily connected to nature, Cows and Bulls can sense it,
however they react in 2 different ways.
2.1, The cow moves away from the storm, which seems objectively rational, until you realise, it’s following the trajectory of the storm, this means it will be in the storm longer, and most likely have to endure the duration of the storm and suffer more.
2.2, The Bull, walks directly in the direction the storm is coming from, straight into the storm head first, objectively this reaction seems illogical, until you realise, by doing this? The bull is on the other side of the storm faster than the cow, it spends less time in the storm
And is at peace and back on green pastures in faster time than the cow by enduring the adversity head on, rather than running away from it..
Which do you honestly identify with, as you read this?
2.3, “if you can’t tolerate discomfort in any capacity? you will always be controlled by comfort - which keep you precisely where you are now, which isnt growth, it’s stagnation and delay”
3, You know the how? And the what? That’s the addiction, once you find and understand the why? The reasons you want that form of escapism? At its root? All addictions are a form of escapism, mostly from carrying guilt from the past.
“what (things/events) guilt are you trying to escape from in your reality”
It’ll be more than one thing guaranteed, once you know these and are truly honest with yourself? That is when you start letting it go and truly become free of any and all addictions… follow these steps
4, Routines can bring comfort and safety, however changing your routines to match whom you’ve become not whom you were? Will provide greater peace, comfort, safety and so much more”
5, “How to Let Go: 4 Zen Stoic Steps to Inner Peace”
5.1, “Identify every unwanted pattern you want to let go of, guilt, past, people, things, lifestyle, anything at all - make a list in a paper diary or in the notes section of your phone and secure it with a password or code - in as much detail as possible, write everything that comes to mind down, how the patterns make you feel, what you want to achieve with the changes that will inevitably be induced”
5.2, “Truly Accept the patterns you have identified are all destructive patterns, you must interrupt to grow - there is no change without growth.. the no growth without the acceptance for change”
5.3, “Interrupt one pattern a day, until it becomes natural like breathing - usually within 30 - 90 days
5.4, “Embody the induced changes by never returning to the old patterns, all you have to do is say to yourself each day, when the pattern tries to return?
“Not today” - never say I will never do that again.. forever is a long time.. until you’ve completely interrupted the pattern.. simply say “Not today” each day”
