I can’t think of anything more colossally stupid than trying to leave a home we haven't learned to look after, to move to another house and refurbish before creating even more mess” 16, “The pointless human eternal struggle… choose to exit stage left and live your life from peace and abundance, the more you struggle in survival, the harder your life will get.. like holding a puppy tighter and tighter, inevitably, you will suffocate it” 17, “The most efficient way to build resistance to something deadly is to be exposed to it in small, non-lethal doses over time. obeying the biological law of hormesis, your trials and tests in life so far? are simply small doses of chaos, injected to build your absolute resilience to the drama, fear, ego and noise of the world.” 18, “To our insular societies? being truly happy and at peace simultaneously? is often labelled as a “mental illness” when you strip away that collective conditioning, a question remains, which group is truly unwell? the happy and peaceful, or those who disapprove of a specific flavour of objective serenity?” 19, “The only guarantee you have from working hard? is a stressed mind and an empty existence of chasing your tail in perpetuity. that empty feeling you get when your hard work appears to achieve something on payday? that’s merely a temporary hit of dopamine, it will be gone within twenty minutes as you continue chasing your tail for the next hit... which becomes so addictive and morphs into workaholism. then you take 2/3 weeks off and take your stressed, dopamine addicted mind with you on holiday... does any of the above sound like the actions of a rational or sane person to you?” 20, “Your perception is so important to your reality and so is what you are capable of perceiving…” 21, “Surrender becomes your default position when all the tools of illusion are removed from you… then what you are capable of perceiving and experiencing shifts in a way it could not in comfort” 22, “You wouldn’t rationally attempt to park an already parked car, in the same way, you already asked, now accept it’s done and accepted it’s already done, act and embody receipt of already & accordingly” 23, “If you could see 4 to 10 step ahead in every direction and choice? You would instantly make better choices, that is precisely what your intuition, map, natural intelligence, past experiences and all your failures are there to show you which doors have been opened by the universe and which have been forced open by your ego, desperation and learned survival mechanisms” Section 2: Example of the universe opening a door” “Doors the universe opens for you? Will never have neon signs and directional flashing arrows… these doors always take the most benign forms, the form of something completely unassuming…” “if you’ve learnt the lessons from your life’s tests, experiences and mistakes? You will clearly see the doors, as if they have glowing directional arrows in neons lights and signs, it is impossible to miss these doors, through the prism of life experiences and past mistakes…” “Here is a real life example, You get to a bus stop and see a penny piece on the floor, it’s been there since last night, it’s such a small denomination over 100 people have walked past it, however being awakened you know small gifts/doors lead to bigger gifts/doors, the universe doesn't grant you millions until it sees how you treat pennies, it wont grant you love until it sees how you handle solitude and hatred - to protect you from yourself” “So you pick up the penny and right then and there you notice there's a lady sat at the bus stop waiting for a bus. As you pick up that penny, she says something sage like in advice, and acknowledges what you’ve just done as positive and rare thing in young people” “You get in conversation with her, theres so much you don’t know about her, you don’t know, her son, grandson, daughter, granddaughter is an important cog on your path to your complete manifestations” “Because the universe is level of energetic intelligence that sees centuries ahead and knows every variable, you are a reflection of this intelligence” “You flow with the conversation, you happen to get on the same bus, talk some more, exchange numbers before the lady gets off the bus, she might even be looking from the perspective of playing matchmaker to a member of her family? - the combinations of destinations and paths of you walking through that door? Are limitless and incalculable” “Remember the universe doesn’t make sense, it makes unfathomable miracles that can only become apparent, when you reverse engineer it with an “Awoken mind” “Picking up that penny at a bus stop could be & will be used by the universe to do things the unawakened human mind could never fathom… for 1 simple reason… you walked through a door the universe opened without fear or what other people think of you” “That is a typical example of many doors the universe has opened for you since the moment your received your map and were born - most of the time? Fear stops you walking into it, in some form or shape” Remember: “The universe will sometimes give you a map, with no location, or a location with no map, or a location and the map however not the why, how or when?… and that’s where your intuition takes over, which it will once you sufficiently let go of the “Ego” - shiny things, noise, fitting in, being accepted, fear of judgment and requiring validation from others - and sometimes it gives you the complete package of precisely how, why, when and what to do..keep an open mind” Section 3: The Manifestation Manual/Guide - Short Version - Replacing Fear with Gratitude (read this multiple times if you need to) “Manifestation isn't about asking for anything, it’s about gratitude for what you already have, which includes absolutely everything you want, it’s all already yours, by being grateful for already having? You are simply able to perceive how to claim it through action in reality” “That is literally and physically it” “Remember what I said earlier? You wouldn’t try to park a car you’ve already parked” “You reading this, wouldn’t ask for the body of a human” “You wouldn’t repeatedly plead with anyone for something you already have in abundance” “It would be irrational, in the same way asking, pleading, begging, the universe to give you something that the universe has already granted you, bestowed upon you at birth and is already yours, comes across as silly, greedy and ungrateful” “I have found the best way to manifest? do not ask for anything. Simply say something like this. “You can do this in your mind, in public or vocally when you are at home, anywhere, anytime” Step 1 - “Thank you for “reducing” the volume on my fears, anxiety and negative thoughts” Step 2 - “Thank you for “increasing” the volume on my peace, patience, tranquility, abundance, patience, love, ability to see and walk through the doors you open” Step 3 - “Learn to regularly relax your whole body, into the physical area between your lower stomach and your navel, as often as you can, for as long as you can, daily with your eyes closed to reduce cognitive load on your mind, whilst saying the above, sitting down, standing up or as you walk” Step 4 - “Get into the habit of being thankful and grateful for what you already have, and what you would like to see physically in your reality before see it” Step - 5 “When you do this pay attention to the doors that open in your life” “With manifestations? Seeing isn't believing… Believing and being thankful for = seeing/receiving it” “You are a sentient being, which means you feel….you will and do feel everything that happens and will happen to you, long before you see it and before it happens” “The most obvious evidence it’s working is you will clearly notice, every time you wake up? your levels of peace increase daily, something inside you becomes still, something inside you gets very quiet, you will increasingly feel an insatiable urge to be in nature, the human stickiness, stress, anxiety starts to literally and physically evaporate one day at a time, you will feel at peace in a way you have never felt before, peace that cannot be given/granted or taken by any human being in any way” “After you do this for a consistent and sustained time? Patiently watch, feel and acknowledge as your mind, body and physical reality rearranges itself in alignment with your gratitude…” “Do the above as often as you can, for as long as you can, there is no maximum limit on gratitude & there is no law against closing your eyes” “You essentially widen your gaze, your awareness positively to be able see the doors and to walk through the doors that open to convert that thing that is already yours, into physical reality” Step 6 - “There is a general misconception about manifestation that, you do the necessary by asking and simply sit back? This is completely inaccurate, you must do as above? Then act in consort with your wishes by walking through the doors the universe opens for you” Step 7 - The universe can only provide the energetic lining up of everything, doors, people, opportunity, you must walk through the doors that open..” Step 8 - “And very importantly develop “Active patience” “The universe does not work to your time scale, you work to its time” Chronos timing = human time Kairos Timing = Universe/Gods timing “The more you try to rush? The longer it will take” Step 9 - “Every single time you feel like asking for anything? Please don’t, Replace that asking with being thankful for already having it, walk through the open doors and execute “Active Patience” Step 10 - “Most importantly, you must let something go, someone, something, a habit, you must make space in your life - 2 objects cannot inhabit the same space - 2 separate realities can not exist and be embodied within the same objective reality, the same person” “This is where most manifestations fail, you do everything right however you don’t make space for that new sofa, new job, new house, new partner you manifested… metaphorically speaking” “The only price exacted by the universe for manifestations, the doors that lead to them is to “let go of the old to make space for the new - that’s it” you must let go to receive - in the same way once your hands are full of holding bags of rubbish? You cannot accept a bag of gold until you either drop some of the bags or all of the bags” “I know this works to an “Energetic Certainty” because I learnt all the above the hard way, over many years, painstakingly, personally through trial and error, manifestations, overcoming fears and being able to see the doors, coupled with walking through doors? It dominated your thoughts, your mind and every fibre of your being and that fear became reality… the typical reaction is surprise, shock, to feel that life is punishing you and life is unfair… this could not be further from the truth..” 1, “You can justify anything with stupidity, with the exception of your reality.” 1.1, “It may look solid, however reality is flimsier than a piece of wet paper holding several apples, held between 2 sticks” 1.2, “Pretending doesn't change reality, in fact, stupidity merely accelerates consequences. Fact: Sooner or later, those apples will breach the wet, flimsy paper of reality holding them together. Fact: You must move anyway. 1.3, “So, what do you do? Wait for the apples to fall? Stay frozen? Follow everyone else over the edge? Hope the apples never fall? Or prepare, set up, and embody readiness to make apple juice or other variations using apples? Your choice, your move” 2, “Patience can and will only strengthen your position” 3, “Truth is not a luxury, it’s a fact” 4, “There is no alternative to fighting injustices than to keep fighting them one inch at a time…” 5, “When the gods want to punish us? They answer all our prayers, not just the positive ones” 6, “Reality is merely an acceptable collective illusion of fears - when you consciously choose to exit the collective illusion of fears you become “individual” 7, “If we stop living and seeking hollow illusionary trophies? You start to see everything through the prism of becoming and learning to be whom you are today, right now instead of through the prism of bad & unfair life experiences” 16, “Imagine you are searching for a door, you have no idea what this door looks like, however you just know when you see it, now imagine when you find this door the convention is to pull the door open rather than to simply tap it gently and walk through, now imagine, upon finding this door and tapping gently to open it, you cannot see what’s inside it, yet you know it in your bones this is the right door, for human societal reasons, fears and conditioning keeps you from walking through that door, and so you loiter outside this door for days, weeks, months years, until one day 30 years later? You finally walk through that door to discover everything you ever wanted, peace happiness, abundance, grace were all directly behind that door the whole time… the only difference being? You’ve wasted time being on the other side of that door, you will never get back, which is an insightful lesson in itself” 16.1, “You the person reading this? have been loitering outside a door for days, weeks, months, years, out of fear and social conditioning, you know precisely the objective door I’m referring to, gently tap on that door and walk through it today, you have absolutely nothing to be scared of and nothing to lose and everything to gain…” 17 “Manifesting through fear” “If you are scared of snakes, every line on the ground? looks like a snake” “If you are scared of life? You can’t live” “If you are scared of the dark? You are on the wrong planet” “If you see scared of failure? You are looking too closely? Widen your gaze” “If you are scared of wealth in any form? Then you run away from it consciously or subconsciously” “If you are too scared to have faith in anything or yourself? Then your life can never change” “If you are scared of others? then you don’t yet accept and embody we are all one” “If you don’t act in line with your wishes? Then you are praying to god and willing flowing towards the rocks intentionally” “If you can’t respect the opinions of others? Named after mathematician Gregorio Ricci-Curbastro, it functions like a cosmic pressure-equalizer that forces any warped, chaotic shape to slowly relax, unravel, and return to its most balanced, natural form. “Inevitably, just like I and many humans on earth have? You will return to your natural form, these insights are entering your mind, where “you” live, are part of that return to your natural form, which is peaceful, abundance, creation and consciousness itself, creating at will not from ego or haste” 4.1.1, (The Poincaré Conjecture) “Imagine a severely crumpled, misshapen lump of clay that has no holes or handles. You are, or further evidence of energetic alchemy, you are that data, your life experiences are that data… time to embody and create” 5.1, “Chasing illusions” “If the horizon is moving away from you at the same speed you are moving towards it? Then you must stop chasing this mathematical illusion and stop moving, be “actively patient” and the horizon will come to you at sunset or sunrise” the horizon is represented by everything you are chasing and have been chasing…” 6, “Difficulty is merely preparation for something in the future - in the same way the spiritual awakening equation above “The Ricci Flow” was created in 1982 by an (American) and was not completed, concluded until 2002 by another human in a completely different part of the world (Russia), it was started and completed by 2 humans, who have never met, however were both a reflection, of the same energetic source of all..the cosmos itself, creation itself, consciousness itself” 7, “Material wealth and money cannot and will not bring you peace, only peace can bring you peace, when you set boundaries, enforce those boundaries to protect your peace? Like a new born baby, it’ll grow and continue to grow until it can protect itself” 8, “Passing any test is not about what you do or knowing the right answers, it’s about what and whom you become from the knowing” 9, “When you actively stand still for long enough? Every thing becomes clearer as it reorganises itself before your very eyes, minds eye and physical” 10, “You are a mirror that cannot crack, no matter how much pressure is applied, start seeing, feeling, being and embodying the divine immortal energetic reflection you truly are” 11, “Follow the foot steps of the universe through the sand/life, not the foot steps of other humans” 12, “Together? The universe works in mysterious ways and “Destiny” arrives whether you feel ready or not” “To the awakened mind? You understand the how? Why? When? Of the universe’s mysterious nature, see the order within the chaos of it all, accept & Embody the fact, you were born ready” “Clarity is a door, the universe will open it for you, you must choose to consciously walk through it, or not, the choice is yours, you have free will - which is why all your fears & ego must go” “If sharing this helps just one person on earth? Then it would have been worth it” “The day time became eternal” “On the 21st of July 2024 at 7.19pm - I was the victim of a racially motivated car jacking at knife point - right outside my house, in one of the safest neighbourhoods in London” “For clarity, My attacker was Caucasian, white, human, male - it was racially motivated because of the racially crude words and names he called me and used during the attack, I sincerely hope the experience changed something within him too, to be at peace within as it did for me” The event, experience and all the emotions I felt in those minutes and subsequently, changed me permanently, profoundly, in positive ways, that in hindsight? I can only describe as: “Watching chaos organise itself, in super slow motion and rapidly, simultaneously - with a strong energetic current flowing through every fibre of my body and mind - time? Felt and became absolutely, peacefully eternal - i glimpsed, tasted, felt and held immortality in unlimited forms” “This feeling of peace? has never left me since this moment” “Those 3-4 minutes stretched into what felt in that moment, like eternity, it incidentally made me love all humans, all life and humanity incalculably even more than I already did - in those few minutes? I learnt more about myself, than I had my whole life subsequently - this event showed me precisely who I really am, in vividly, crystal clarity, that I could not otherwise have gained in any other human way - the person I am today, right now? was born and forged in those moments” “The universe never wastes suffering, challenges and adversity - I am proof of this and so are you” “The old you must completely dissolve, for the new you to be born, emerge and be embodied” “Based on conversations I’ve had with other awoken people and my personal experience? Awakening will always happen with the force of a raging war within” This event dispelled the “illusion of separation” for me instantly and permanently - the subsequent changes, coupled with the fact I have been a zen Buddhist for 20 years by that point, helped permanently shape me into the person I am today. “The Knifepoint Incident in London” “I was sat in my car, giving advice to a friend about a financial matter, that particularly day? I had just concluded the final proof reading and arrangement for my first ever book, it had taken weeks of changes, corrections and proof reading, an event/life dream, I had unintentionally put off for over 15 years, for many reasons, the next most important task that specific day? was to finish giving advice, go inside the house and simply to load the book onto Amazon, go through the process and hit publish” “However as I sat in the car giving advice, a man walk past me on the other side of the road, I had never seen this person before in my life, he was a complete stranger to me, I remember as I spoke on the phone, I just happened to look in his direction and he looked at me, with a fixed gaze for about 2-4 seconds as he walked past, he walked away in what looked and felt to me like he was going home… I carried on giving advice and within a few minutes, he came back, and by the time I noticed him, he was already standing over me, next to me on the drivers side, windows completely wounded down, I was seated in the drivers seat, naturally… I didn’t notice the knife in his hand until he raised it and said “I’m taking your car” at first, my initial reaction was, I actually laughed aloud, thinking it was an elaborate joke, then he lunged at me with the knife a few times, I managed to manoeuvre my body within the car, within the drivers seat to protect my body and vital organs, with every lunge, it was just the knee jerk reaction I had in that moment, he came millimetres away from my neck and chest area… in fact, only the physical reach of his bio-suit/arm..prevented him from actually stabbing me and he deeply enjoyed seeing the fear on my face, i felt it intensely, it was the longest few minutes of my life.. and yes… “my life did flash before “minds eye” in under 1 second” I saw it all… my whole life and so much more… Nothing like this had ever happened in my life before or since, Until this moment? I had never been this scared in my life, the fear took over completely and I could think of nothing at all, besides staying alive, never mind think of a solution, After the third lunge with his knife, I remember feeling something energetically strong & automated taking over my mind and body completely - after which point I confidently said, “okay you can have the car” - then I calmly, completely subconsciously, without thinking, removed the ignition key from its magnetic position between the air vents and gauge clusters, in the centre of the dash, before getting out of the car in one piece, he thought nothing of it, I later realised he expected the ignition key to be down to the right below or on the steering column, where it normally is… I got out of my car, he got in, sat down and made himself comfortable in the drivers seat, the car window was down the whole time, when he got in, he attempted to start the car feeling for the ignition keys where he expected them to be.. At this point, I’m still possessed by something energetic within me, a level of bravery/version of myself, I never knew I had or existed, I was stood outside the car approximately 2 feet away from my car on the drivers side, in the road, confident he wouldn’t be able to start the car, I knew him and the car where going no where, because the ignition keys where in my hand after he tried for a few seconds I showed him the ignition keys in my hand… On realising he couldn’t start the car, he tried to get out of the car, somehow…I was able to tell him in a commanding voice “do not get out of the car until you drop the knife out of the window” which he did, I picked up the knife using the centre of 2 fingers in a scissor motion as to not put my finger prints on it.. In those moments, I have no idea what, whom and how I was able to say those words, think those thoughts and do those things or make those choices…especially at the speed and ease I did it with, considering the extreme circumstances, a part of me was so terrified it froze, yet another part of me completely took over absolutely every part of that ordeal… I felt like a passenger, the driver and channelling something I couldn’t even comprehend at the time… it was a highly surreal, deeply profound and highly enlightening experience/feeling of positive certainty, that has never left me since 21st July 2024 at 7:19pm After picking up the Knife, before I let him out, I remember feeling extreme anger and deep rage, in my mind, about the completely mindless nature of this whole ordeal…I knew the moment he stepped out of the car he would attempt to run, and I knew I would most likely try with all my might to detain him, whilst I call the police, so he doesn’t do this to anyone else, given my level of anger and rage coursing through me, in an effort to to prevent me touching him in any way, whilst holding a rather sharp knife, I quickly looked around for other humans and noticed 2 women and a man loading kids into car seats for a journey… The give you an idea of how surreal this all was to me? I just nearly died, yet a part of my mind that had taken over by now? wasnt thinking, it just acted completely intuitively as if it had already been here before, it was moving, doing and making decisions with telepathic precision and vision range of a housefly… I shouted over to the people I saw to please come over, they hesitated at first, after the second attempt, somehow they did, I explained what had just happened, that we needed to detain my attacker whilst I called the police, and the first words one of the women said to the man that just tried to end my life for a car? Was “you had this knife around my kids the whole time?” And she hit him, it turns out, somehow they are related and they have just had a family meal at their mum and dad’s house a few doors down from where I live.. and my attacker? Is her brother… I need you to understand, the probability of this reality, everything that just happened and all that flowed from it, the facts? given these extreme circumstances is so remote… I had a better chance of being struck by lightning more than once within the 3-5 minutes this attack happened…….i had to arrive in that same spot at the precise time I did to see him walk past, whilst sat outside my house on the phone giving advice, something I rarely did.. there are so many unfathomable variables beyond mine and his control, the level of precision required for it all to come together as it all did, leads me to strongly believe this event was orchestrated.. for my benefit, not my destruction and it was meant to happen…. By this point my next door neighbour, heard the noises, came out of his house, my attacker was out of the car, he did tried to run however I managed to detain him, then let go so my neighbour could detain him, then I called the police and as I did, the police operator told me 3 other people from inside their homes were also on the phone to them about the same incident.. meaning.. there were people who watched the whole thing unfold from inside their homes.. fair enough… Meanwhile, the whole time this attack was happening? the friend I was giving advice to was still on the call, I had not terminated the call, and could hear absolutely everything that was being said and done and was running towards my house from a location about 0.5 miles away from my location, at breakneck speed… When my friend arrived covered in a flood/mixtures of tears and sweat from the sprint and hugged me hard, in genuine disbelief that I was still alive” Her precise words to me where “I thought you were dead” “The interesting part is, she was right, I did die that day, in those moments during the lunges with the knife, however it wasn’t a biological death, it was an energetic one, the real me, subdued all my life by the ego had taken over in those moments, for long enough and could not simply go back to sleep and let me go back to business as usual…it completely refused to allow me to beyond that point…” “500 Days of Solitude & Ataraxia” That was the day all my fears died, evaporated and my life has never been the same since 21st July 2024 at 7:19pm Following this attack, I had a period of intense isolation and solitude that lasted nearly a year and a half, i genuinely did not want to be around people in any way, not because I disliked them, but because I developed a hypersensitivity to the energies of others around me I couldn’t control at the time and at first, I sometimes went weeks without seeing another human being, my mind was a flood of insights, I couldn’t write them down fast enough, I had zero communications with the outside world, my mind was clearer than it had ever been, i simply went into nature, went home, wrote more insights.. for weeks sometimes, I drank water however had zero appetite for food, I did eat however, the food my body would allow completely changed, I was now incapable of eating anything that did not grow in direct Sun light, if I did? My body violently rejected it, my longest conversation after my solitude began and intensified was over a year later…I let go of a lot, people, places, things, habits, many many things, in what felt like a purge of the old me, so I could embody the real me, in fact the only thing I didn’t let go of? was life itself. Between 21st July 2024 - 7.19pm and today 13th sept 2026 - My body has changed a lot, my mind changed a lot in positive ways, I suddenly knew things I had never studied or read ever, I can now do things that used to scare me with ease, Injustice fuels my desire to keep writing, I move with peaceful, honourable intentions and love for everyone and anyone at all times, which is why I have spent thousands of hours and money writing, editing and publishing my insights so you the reader can know this to a mathematical certainty: “No matter what you are currently going through in life? Past-present-future? You are not alone, you never have been and you never will be alone” “It felt like I had developed “Ataraxia” There is alot more that happened when the police showed up - there will be a part 2 and more to this experience, however my insights on “Natural Intelligence” Crystallised for me during my solitude, induced completely by this very experience - I naturally gravitated to spending time in nature daily and have done so for nearly 500 unbroken days, walking barefooted on grass came naturally and intuitively, touching trees and being at ease with everything around me in nature, just came naturally, the more I let go of? The better, peaceful and happier I felt inside, I walk 10km everyday, on these walks in nature are where every insight i publish come to me, life lessons, life’s tests, clarity, peace, gratitude, I developed strong urges to do things, feel things, walk in the rain, look at the sky, especially on cloudy days, I could feel the energy of those around me strongly, I felt like I knew them, I could sense so much around me that I could not explain at the time… “it felt akin to releasing a wild animal, that had spent years in a cage within a zoo, back into the wild, to live and be as nature intended - completely free, unencumbered and all its senses come alive - precisely as nature intended” I tried to write 1 book for over 15 years, in fact I only planned to write one book, before the aforementioned attack… since the attack? I have written over 25 books and published 11 so far, I stopped publishing the books and instead decided to share my insights completely free on TikTok and in March 2026, I created this website and publish my insights here too, since then, I have had many students sign up for my “Direct Guidance” - it’s as if flood gates were opened in my mind, I spent 25-26 years doing a job that was related to all my natural intelligence, however I used these talents - intelligence through the prism of survival, fear and illusion… Which is why I’ve said numerous times… I have been precisely where you are now… if you are a “seeker”and something major happened to you recently, in the last few years and it has caused you to isolate yourself or you developed a strong urge to be alone? I have changed the reality I am capable of experiencing - reality starts to form/shape itself into a better version than you could possibly imagine, my thoughts become reality at increasingly alarming speeds, things I wanted to do like writing the books? Helping other seekers? Anything at all.,.The solution appears in my mind and reality as if by magic… I did not make all this possible, I am merely the electrical cable conducting the electricity… I am not the electricity itself.. “This electricity I refer to is the key to “creation” itself “Consciousness” itself” Where you don’t ask for anything, you become a magnet for everything you need, simply by being at peace, gratitude, abundance, love, favour, raised vibrational frequency - in essence you become what was intended all along by “creation” itself… The “Universe” opened a door for me and I walked through it, irrespective of the discomfort I had to endure to get here - I trusted it was all leading to some where better than I was, I thanked my protective ego, for all the years it protected me, then subdued it and let it go, and as a direct result? I have unlocked many things within myself, that no person, situation can give or take and no amount of money can buy… I live in an absolutely blissful state of mind, where irrespective of my physical reality? I’m at peace, I’ve sufficiently let go, poured out the old oil, so it doesn’t dilute the fresh oil the universe is pouring in… Every single insight on my blog, is an emotion I’ve had converted into words for your consumption, all the experiences I had in my life and during my solitude, translated from energy into words, to help support others who are within their isolation as a lighthouse - a conduit of light” “Which is precisely where you are going, if you stay the course and trust there is more, to your existence than merely the physical - yes there is more… so much more” Nothing I have ever done in my life feels as appropriate, peaceful and relaxing as creating/writing & publishing insights based on my past life experiences, my solitude period and my life now” I’ve written many unpublished poems for fun, and part of my job, was to write detailed descriptions, insights and reports for over 20 years and I always enjoyed that part of my job immensely, however until the above happened? The films” 26.1, “This is precisely part of how you view, perceive and experience your actual reality, right now and all your life, through the prism of whatever you visually and audibly allow into your mind… which is precisely why you feel different after watching a romantic comedy to the way you feel after watching a film where the good guy ends over 200 lives within 2 hours…yes it an immersive visual and audio experience… however? Your brain cannot tell the difference…your brain thinks everything you are watching is real and actually happening to you as you watch it - hence you feel fear when you watch horror films and feel like you can fly when you watch a super hero movie” 26.2, “Be careful what you allow into your mind? Again it’s baked in like a jam tart or custard cream. 11.7, “End this now….all the above are destructive patterns you must interrupt, from the moment you become aware of them” 12, “The definition of addiction? to me is this, if it is not necessary, to keep you physically alive, yet you can’t go more than 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 days without it? - you are addicted” 12.1, “Every addiction is represented by chemical reactions in your brain, which is why addictions can be difficult to let go of, as there is a chemically induced reward to continue the addiction” 12.2, “Once you decide to stop? The trick is to make choices from your embodied aware/healed state… not from your past addicted self, every single time…be patient and give yourself time to heal properly” 13, “In the end? When you arrive at your physical destination in this life?
